Generative models, semantic search, and agentic systems — designed and built end to end.
The coral tree has a specific shape. One strong, grounded trunk anchors everything. From it, bold limbs branch outward in many directions — each one distinct, each one supported by the same root system beneath. The range is only possible because the foundation is real.
That is the firm. The trunk is the depth — model architecture from scratch, large-scale training, production systems designed and shipped. The branches are everything that depth makes possible: the products built, the domains served, the problems solved.
Not observing each layer — building it. Across enough domains and at enough scale that the patterns are familiar, the failure modes are known, and the decisions that matter are clear before the engagement begins.
The people you speak to are the people doing the work. That does not change as engagements progress.
Coral Tree was founded on a specific premise: that the most valuable thing an outside AI firm can bring is firsthand experience — the kind earned by designing systems from scratch and living with the consequences, not the kind read about secondhand. That experience doesn’t scale easily. It lives in the people.
That is what every engagement is built on.
