Coral Tree, LLC (“Coral Tree,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates coraltree.ai. This policy describes the information we collect when you visit our site or contact us, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

We are a B2B consulting firm. We do not run a consumer product, sell subscriptions, or create accounts for visitors. Our data practices are accordingly minimal.

Contact and brief submissions. When you fill out our contact or brief form, or email us directly, we receive your name, email address, company name, and the content of your message.

Usage data. Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs standard request data: pages visited, time on site, referring URL, and browser and device type. This data is anonymised or aggregated and not linked to individuals.

What we do not collect. We do not collect payment information, create user accounts, place advertising trackers, or follow you across other websites.

To respond to you. Contact and brief submissions are used solely to follow up on your inquiry and, if relevant, scope an engagement.

To improve the site. Aggregated usage data helps us understand which content is useful and identify technical issues.

To meet legal obligations. We may retain records where required by applicable law.

We do not use your information for automated profiling, advertising, or any purpose beyond what is listed here.

Email. Messages sent to hello@coraltree.ai are received by our email provider and visible to the Coral Tree team members handling your inquiry.

We do not sell, rent, license, or share your personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third party for their own purposes.

Contact form submissions and email communications are retained for as long as necessary to manage an active or prospective engagement, and for up to three years thereafter, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at hello@coraltree.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

California (CCPA / CPRA). California residents may request to know what personal information we hold about them, request correction or deletion, and opt out of any sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

Canada (PIPEDA). Canadian residents have the right to access personal information we hold about them and to request corrections.

European Economic Area and United Kingdom (GDPR / UK GDPR). Where GDPR applies, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Our site is directed at business professionals and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

We may update this policy as our practices or applicable law evolves. Material changes will be reflected in a revised effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
